- At least 18 years of age
- Has at least 6 months experience in Baking/Plumbing/Butchery/Technical work and with NCII Certificate
- Flexible and willing to work longer hours
- Trustworthy and with good moral character
- Willing to be assigned in either Tagum, Toril or Bajada
